Williamsburg

After setting up camp we took a look around Williamsburg, passing the William & Mary University with all the parents bringing their kids back to Uni.




This part of town was very quaint and old English, with the road closed to traffic.

Williamsburg turned out to have an old town centre in which they attempted to keep in period time with people dressed and talking in old time ways, shops etc as they were back then.



The Palace off the main........................

Daryl found an interesting young lady to talk history with (obviously her passion) and we spent about 25 minutes talking with her, before heading back to camp for a rest.


Today we had a day catching up on laundry, cleaning etc and relaxed in the pool until our horseplay hurt Daryl's nose......
