Salem to Shelton, Washington

Time to move north again as we are heading for our tour of Alaska.....

We leave Salem and head up the I5 again as we pass fields of Iris's in every colour you can imagine.  We make another stop at Woodburn Premium Outlets to pick up a couple more things as the prices are too good to miss.

 Lots of Rv'ing up this way and many places accommodate them like this petrol station which has a special section for filling RV's - nice & easy when you read the signs!  Oh yeah and only $2.85 per gallon!!!

Crossing through Portland.........just as we remember, lots of bridges everywhere.  We are not stopping on this trip and just want to get through the city and out the other side as quick as possible.

Finally we enter Washington state......

 Lakes full of water lilies.

 We arrive at our next camp - this time it is at Little Creek Casino.  $29 + tax - not bad as we take a dip in the pool & spa, nice new facilities - we do a couple of loads of washing (75c each) and sit down for a couple of bourbies.

Might even have a small gamble later.....
