Leaving St Ignace we move 2 hours down south to a place called Elk Rapids. Along the way we pass through some beautiful areas and towns such as Bayfield & Charlesviox. The whole area is very nice and reminds us of Door County on the Wisconsin side of Lake Michigan - we are about the same height.
We find our camp and settle in - it is a nice peaceful camp on the edge of Bass Lake. The weather however is still cold - not nice and we decide to tuck ourselves up in the RV for the afternoon and catch up on things such as the blog & washing...
The sunset was amazing tonight.... take a look.
We have booked into parks ahead of time for another car show...... at Gilmore, so we have to keep moving however would definitely come back around this area as looks so beautiful. Just can't do everything.
