Heading north again we are on track towards St Paul in Minnesota and cut the journey in two by stopping at Stoney Creek RV park in Osseo. The park was very nice but the town was a one horse place and the heat was extremely hot so the pool was full including us!
We only stay one night and head off again in the morning for St Paul East RV Park which turns out to be in Woodbury, Minnesota.
Again the weather is almost unbearable (97F and 48 humidity) and so we ended up heading for the Mall of America at Daryl's suggestion, contrary to his facebook comments! I quickly agreed as it would be air conditioned and shopping was better than more cars!!
The Mall of America is apparently 4.3 miles of retail frontage about 10km - it has a theme park with roller coaster rides etc in the middle of it so you can imagine how big it is.
Home for a BBQ & drinkies after all that shopping - for the record I am holding Daryl's shopping bags..... sadly, he is far worse than I am at retail therapy.
